Tryon artist, Karen Johnston, won the yellow ribbon in the “Celebration of the Arts” for her painting “Threads of Madness.” The “Celebration of the Arts” is an annual art show and sale for regional artists sponsored by the Rutherford County Visual Artists Guild.
