Thursday, Oct. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. Hospice of the Carolina Foothills (HoCF) will host Saddle Up for Hospice, a fundraising event, at Stone Soup restaurant in Landrum.
The free event will feature ceramics, paintings, sculpture and other gifts items for sale.
A raffle for horse and human services will be held as well as a silent auction for a variety of horse services, ceramics by a number of local and national artists, paintings and more.
Suzanne Strickland, owner of Stone Soup, will provide food and beverages and will sell specially designed “Cocktails for a Cause.”
All of the proceeds will benefit the local Hospice organization.
