Preschoolers had fun at a piggy storytime recently at the Polk County Public Library in Columbus. After reading lots of pig stories, reciting lots of pig rhymes and fingerplays, kids created their own pudgy porker using shiny red apples and gumdrops. Preschool storytime is held each Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Columbus library and at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday in the Saluda Library. (article and photos submitted by Joy Sharp)
