The Rotary Club of Tryon is sponsoring four youth to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp in Brevard this year.

RYLA recipients from Polk County High School are Madison Alexander, Allison Clayton and Heber Najera. Alexis Bowden is attending from North Mecklenburg High School.

RYLA is an international program of Rotary International to encourage strong leadership in youth. Young people chosen to attend an all-expense paid camp develop leadership skills in an atmosphere of trust and respect. RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship and personal growth.
