Carriage rides, sponsored by the Landrum Business Association, will roll through town again May 13 from 6 – 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale at Foothills Amish Furniture in Landrum.

LABA chair Melanie Jennings worked with the city to provide what she and other LABA members hope will serve as a tourist attraction and bring more people to downtown Landrum to eat on the weekends.

The city of Landrum currently pays a $500 fee for the rides each month through Carolina Horse & Carriage of Chesnee, S.C. Tickets will be sold to recoup the city’s expenses for the rides.
