A healthy living and eating seminar will be held on Thursday April 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the G. Riddle Fellowship Hall of the Zion Grove A.M. E. Zion Church, located at 5620 Pea Ridge Road.

The seminar will be lead by Felicia Hipp, who is a certified aerobics instructor and an RN.

This seminar is in conjunction with the “A Healthy Polk County Grant,” which was awarded to the Unity in the Community Organization by the Polk County Community Foundation. Refreshments will be served and the event is open to the public.

Weekly aerobics classes are currently being held at the G. Riddle Banquet Hall at 6:30 p.m. with Felicia Hipps as the instructor. These classes are free and open to the public. Call 828-429-6635 for more information.
