Ticket sales are under way for the 2011 Spring 4-H BBQ Supper. The community will have the opportunity to dine with Polk County 4-H on Friday, April 15 from 4:30 – 7 p.m. The supper will feature traditional barbecue chicken cooked over an open pit or slow cooked roast beef, along with a baked potato, slaw and a home made dessert.
