Robert Then, representing the Foothills Humane Society, was the featured speaker at the Thermal Belt Rotary Club recently. Then shared past accomplishments and future goals of FHS, which continues making great strides caring for animals, finding homes for them and expanding shelter facilities and services, including achieving a major milestone with the designation as an adoption guarantee program.
