The Thermal Belt Rotary Club recently had Rachel Ramsey, executive director of Steps to HOPE, speak at their Monday evening meeting. Ramsey shared the continued strides that Steps to HOPE has made over the years to assist, prevent and treat domestic violence and sexual assault in Polk County.
