March 10 marked the beginning of another outdoor track season for Polk Middle School.

There are 15 events offered at the middle school level; 100 Meter Hurdles, 100 Meter Dash, 4×200 Meter Relay, 1600 Meter Run, 4×100 Meter Relay, 400 Meter Dash, 800 Meter Run, 600 Meter Run (for 7th graders only), 200 Meter Dash, 4×400 Meter Relay, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, and Discus.
The Wolverines competed against five other schools in their Conference Division. The Lady Wolverines had one individual champion; Rebecca Mitchells leap of 4-5 won the Girls High Jump.
