Robert Earle Page, 82, formerly of Columbus, NC died Friday, February 26, 2010 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC.
Born in Spartanburg, SC he was the son of the late William Thomas and Fannie Hall Page. He was the widower of Tempie Mills Page who died in 2001. He was a Veteran of WWII having served in the U. S. Army. Mr. Page retired from Michelin Tire, Spartanburg SC after 17 years of service. He was a member of the Columbus Baptist Church.
Surviving is a son, Thomas G. Page (Lisa-Lynn) of Spartanburg, SC and a grandson, Grant C. Page of Spartanburg, SC; a sister, Juanita Wilson of Tryon, NC and a brother Gerald Page of AL. He was predeceased by a daughter Sandra Elaine Page who died in 1975.
Graveside memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2010 in Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, NC with Rev. Charlie Vensel officiating.
