Polk County will hold two public informational open house meetings to discuss the Countys draft Comprehensive – 20/20 Vision Plan.
The meetings will provide an informal forum for discussion of the draft plan and allow an opportunity for questions. Polk County staff, Vision Committee members and a representative from Holland Consulting Planners, Inc. will be available during the open house.
The meetings will take place in the Bryant Womack Justice and Administration Center, Commissioners Chambers, 40 Courthouse St Columbus.
The first open house will be held on February 11 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. before the planning board meeting.
A second open house will be held on March 15 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. before the public hearing on the comprehensive plan at the Polk County Board of Commissioners meeting.
