Sound of Music hits local TV stations

If youre around on February 5 between 7 and 8 a.m., you might want to tune into WMYA My 40 (local channel 5) where youll see a segment on the upcoming Sound of Music- the TLT production that opens February 19 at the Tryon Fine Arts Center.

Patti Peake (who plays Maria) and Malia Ferguson (playing Liesl) will sing the reprise of Sixteen Going on Seventeen. Tena Greene in her role as the Mother Abbess will sing Climb every Mountain. Lena Duncan will accompany them on keyboard, and Chris Tinkler, director, will be interviewed by host Victoria Dunkle.

And later, on February 9, on WSPA Your Carolina (local channel 7), youll see them on the Jack and Kimberley show between 10 and 11 a.m.
