Polk Countys mobile recycling unit will begin serving area residents on Monday. The unit will be at Harmon Field on Mondays, in Saluda on Tuesdays and in Green Creek on Wednesdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and noon. The Harmon Field location is the parking lot across from Tryon Presbyterian Church, the Saluda location is at the corner of U.S. 176 and Ozone at the Tickle Family Health Center parking lot and the Green Creek location is the Green Creek Fire Department.
