Autumn Care of Saluda hosted the North Carolina Dietary Managers Association Western District meeting on Friday, November 13 at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Saluda.

Autumns Dietary Manager, Genell Jespersen, coordinated the meeting.

Over 100 dietary managers from a variety of institutional food settings across Western North Carolina attended a full agenda of educational sessions, as well as lunch provided by U.S. Foods.

Session topics included Staying on Top of Residents Needs, Interpreting Lab Values, and Keeping the Lines of Communication Open.
