To the Editor:

Red Fox has been in the news lately, for good reason: A change in ownership, but more importantly, a change in direction. Tony Jackson has wasted no time in providing some pretty convincing evidence of his determination to not only improve the management of the golf course, but other services at Red Fox as well.

Last week, the dining room was officially opened to the public for the first time. There were no opening night glitches in what proved to be an absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was superb and fairly priced. The service and ambience were equally impressive with one particular quality thats not too common in many local restaurants: The ability to carry on a dinner conversation!

The Red Fox Dining Room is open Thursday through Saturday of each week. Reservations are suggested. Bon Appetit.
