Is anyone else having trouble with their garbage pickup? I live in Columbus and am not satisfied with my service. A creek runs down the side of my road making a ravine and my two garbage cans were often down in the creek. I finally had a small enclosure built to hold them in place. The lids to the cans are gone although I used bungee cords. The front brace to the enclosure has been broken down and both my garbage cans have been in the ravine for almost a month. I can no longer rescue them by myself. I have written notes, complained to city hall and even spoke to the mayor before she was voted out of office. One morning I waited an hour to face the men in person. They were late and I couldnt wait any longer. I pay for garbage service and I would like service. What can I do?
