The local Women in Business Unite will hold their annual Holiday Open House at Green Creek Community Center, Inc., located on Coxe Road in Green Creek, Saturday, November 21,&bsp;&bsp; from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Many businesses will be represented giving the community an opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts and at the same time see what is happening in the area with business and job opportunities.

This event has grown each year from just 2 businesses being represented the first year to approximately 30 last year.

The following local businesses and crafters, will be represented:&bsp; Southern Living, Avon, Mary Kay, RADA Cutlery, Stanley Home Solutions, All Things Needed Design, Crafts, Dale Watkins Handbags and Sewing, Stephanies Jewelry, Pampered Chef, Savannas Eyes Kids Art Photography, Silpada Designs, Ruth Gagliardis Felt Creations, Bright Shine Cleaning Service, and Personal Touch Designs Custom Embroidery. Most of these will be giving away door prizes and/or services at their individual booths.

Each year the local Women in Business Unite organizers choose a local nonprofit to sponsor at this event. This year they have chosen Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry.

A basket containing over $150 in goods and services will be raffled. You can also receive one free ticket if you bring nonperishable items for the Outreach Ministry.

Women in Business Unite say they are excited about this years event and look forward to seeing the public there.
