Marlene Lair Strutz of Chesterfield, Missouri, has been named president elect of the Missouri Association of School Psychologists.
Strutz, a 1983 graduate of Tryon High School, received her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She earned her masters degree in Psychology from George Mason University in Virginia.
Strutz is married to Tom Strutz, and they have two children, Katy and Marcus. She is the daughter of Bob and Judy Lair of Columbus.
