The Jay Clark V murder trial will be held in Polk County Superior Court beginning on Nov. 16. Trent Allen Miller faces first degree murder charges for the murder of Jay Clark V, whose remains were found in Sept., 2006. Ida Hayes Clark faces accessory after the fact of first degree murder charges. Judge William R. Bell will preside over the trial.
