Paul Forster of Landrum, a member of Chapman High School’s Career and Technology department, was selected for the ABCD award (Above and Beyond Call of Duty) at Chapman High School for the month of September. The school says that Forster is dedicated to the students and is willing to help out in any situation throughout the school. Forster also holds a 21 year record of perfect attendance.
