The Saluda Senior Center Christmas tree and wreath sale is going on now. The deadline to order is Monday, November 2. The Frazier Fir Christmas trees range in height from about 5 to 8 feet.
They were tagged by board members and volunteers last month and will be cut on December 1 and available at the Senior Center on Saturday, December 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The wreaths will be by special order and interested persons should call Margaret Sease at 828-749-1151 to ask about sizes and prices. Wreaths are on roughly 8, 10 or 15 inch wire frames. They will come from a Christmas tree farm in Yancey County.
There will also be bows with different kinds of Christmas ribbon available to be purchases separately. Call as soon as possible to get your order in.
