Polk youth takes top prize in state 4-H horse communciation contest

Carson Kay, 14, is the daughter of Emily and Toby Kay of Mill Spring. &bsp;
Her award winning presentation, entitled &dquo;More than Just a Pony Ride,&dquo; was about the benefits of therapeutic riding.
Kay will now compete at Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio, and then at the National Competition in Louisville, Ky., in November.
