The banners for the Foothills Chamber of Commerce &dquo;Save Local-Buy Local&dquo; campaign started going up Thursday in Tryon, with more banners in Landrum, Columbus and Saluda to follow. There will be a total of 15 banners in each town. In Saluda banners will be hanging in the store windows of members of the chamber, which serves both Polk County and the Landrum area. The chamber is encouraging citizens to shop locally and help keep local businesses thriving during a critical time. (photo submitted)
