Born in Newberry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late John Bunion and Dovie Lee Stone Moore.&bsp; She was the widow of James A. Knight who died in 1997.&bsp; Mrs. Knight had lived in Rock Hill, SC for 75 years before moving to Polk County, NC.&bsp; She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Rock Hill, SC and currently was a member of Silver Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are: a daughter, Jo Anne Knight Moss (Vernon) of Mill Spring, NC; a brother, John B. Moore of Huntsville, AL and a grandson, Christopher Vernon Moss (Samantha) of Mill Spring, NC.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009 in Silver Creek Baptist Church, Mill Spring, NC with Dr. Chris Osborn officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service Thursday at the church.

Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. in Grandview Memorial Park, Rock Hill, SC.

The family will be at the home of her daughter, Jo Anne Moss, 235 Moss Drive, Mill Spring, NC.
