Big Brothers Big Sisters announces their Second Annual Hunter Pace at Caroland Farms on Sunday, May 3 (with a rain date of May 10).

As part of the official Western Carolina Hunter Pace & Trail Ride Series, this friendly and fun event offers a spectacular trail along the river, through woods and pasture, with beautiful mountain views, and also features Harry Denton&squo;s BBQ. &bsp;

Many who participated last year dubbed it one of the best rides of the season, with outstanding trails, convenient parking, great food, and helpful volunteers. The optional poker run netted the winners more than $100.

This local Hunter Pace provides the opportunity to donate to Big Brothers Big Sisters while enjoying a fun ride in a unique setting. Please encourage your equestrian family and friends to come out and help support the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs for area children in Polk County and Landrum. &bsp;
