Katie Willodeen Morrow

A native of Prentiss County, Miss., she received her degree at Draughn Business College in Memphis, Tenn. She was the daughter of the late Pluma and Zuma Gertrude Barker Holley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Morrow, who died in 1981.

Surviving are her daughters, Nila Morrow Troutman and her husband, David, of Columbus, Marcie Morrow Morgan and her husband Bill; brother, Jack W. Holley and wife Carol, of St. Louis, Mo.; sisters, Elaine E. Stovall of Selmer, Tenn., Barbara L. Holley of Trenton, Tenn., Janice L. Stovall and her husband Eddy of Bartlett, Tenn.; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday February 21, 2009 at Midway Baptist Church, with the Rev. Gary Lockee officiating. A graveside service took place at Bethlehem Cemetery in Capleville, Tenn., on February 28, 2009 with the Rev. Bill Morgan officiating.
