Clary says in his retirement he plans to continue remodeling his historic home in Gaffney and may dust off his golf clubs and get back into the game.

Clary decided to retire from the USPS four years early when the USPS, as a cost-cutting measure, offered its employees the opportunity to take early retirement.

Clary says the people in Landrum are what he&39;ll miss the most after he has retired. Landrum Post Office employees gave Clary a dinner last week to celebrate his years in Landrum.

Clary will be replaced by Brenda Buysse, who will be the Officer in Charge. Buysse previously worked as the postmaster of Reidville.
