She was born to William H. Clark and Ida Marie Carlson Clark in Westmont, Ill. She lived in Florida until 1981, when she moved to Saluda.

She is survived by sons, Erich Hartman and Allen Hartman and daughter, Karen Lois Womack. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

A family service was held at Shuler Funeral Home in Hendersonville and she was interred at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Garden in Clearwater, Fla.
