A native of Greenville County, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Deaver B. and Jeanette Davis Williams and widow of Lawrence W. Hall.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gowensville and a retired teacher and librarian.

Surviving are a son, Warren Hall and wife Colleen; a daughter, Claire H. Cook and husband Jimmy; a brother, Buddy Williams and a sister, Cleo Thomas; five grandchildren and a great grandchild.

She was predeceased by a sister, Myra W. Hammett and a brother, C. Frank Williams.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Gowensville.&bsp; Funeral services will follow at

2 p.m. at the church conducted by Rev. Chad Rickenbaker and Rev. David Hayes. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Gowensville in care of Missions, 5650 Hwy 14 N, Landrum, S.C. 29356.
