This string octet features the principle players of the Academy&squo;s orchestra and since it&squo;s inception 40 years ago has toured extensively and recorded over 30 CDs. Their program for the current tour includes works by Dvorak, Mendelssohn, Brahms, Shostakovich, Strauss, Joachim Raff, and Enesco. Following that the Antibodies will mix it up with some country/surf/punk/jazz with local artist Lee Holroyd driving the rhythm.
