Trooper H. W. McLean was investigating a fatal accident on Big Level Road, just north of the McGuinn Road intersection Friday morning. &bsp;One person was killed and three others injured when a station wagon flipped on Big Level Road in the Sunny View community in northern Polk County around 10 a.m. today, authorities said. The car was overturned at the end of a stone-columned driveway. Three victims were transported by ambulance to Spartanburg Regional Hospital.Emergency responders called for air ambulances from Mission Hospitals and Spartanburg Regional Hospital but neither could fly because of the weather.
