Bryant was born in Spartanburg on Nov. 10, 1954, the son of L. J. Bryant of Spartanburg and Nannie Fowler Bryant of Boiling Springs. He was the husband of Rebecca Wofford Bryant and was formerly employed at Dynacast.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Lynn Hughes of Campobello; four sons, Richard Dale Bryant of Boiling Springs, Michael Dean Bryant of Boiling Springs, Tracy Wofford of Inman, Dillon Gosnell of Inman; one brother, Jimmy Bryant of Boiling Springs and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman,&bsp; at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8,&bsp; with Rev Joe Steadman and Rev. David Kite officiating.

Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman.

The family is at the home of his sister-in-law, 1090 Clark Road, Inman, and his mother&squo;s, 107 Sherland Drive, Boiling Springs.
