Joseph Testor

He was the husband of Patricia Mills Testor. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma Testor.

Testor was a native of St. Paul, Minn., and was a son of the late Julius and Marguerite McCusker Testor. He was a retired football coach of Polk County Central High School and assistant superintendent as well as a member of Risen Savior Catholic Church. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons: James M. Testor of Columbia, S.C., Charles P. Testor of Boiling Springs, Cary Cooper of Galveston, Texas, Penn L. Cooper of Augusta, Ga., and Lionel C. Cooper of Redland, Calif.; a brother: Dr. Jim Testor of Wanona, Minn.; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. at Eggers Funeral Chapel of&bsp; Boiling Springs. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to Risen Savior Catholic Church, 2575 Reidville Road, Spartanburg, S.C. 29301.

The family will be at 5017 Willow Drive, Boiling Springs.

Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs is in charge of arrangements.
