He was the husband of Vivian Dean Christmas.

Mr. Christmas was a native of Richland County and a son of the late Tommy and Kate Christmas. He was an automobile parts supplier for many years, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Gateway Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Bobby Christmas of Boiling Springs; daughters Ernestine Foster of Campobello, Nan Prosser of Inman and Ann Payne of Boiling Springs; 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2 at Gateway Baptist Church. Rev. Ray Stuart, Rev. Brian McCall and Rev. Jerry Armstrong officiated. Interment was in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs was in charge of arrangements.
