Bagwell pulled out in front of a Toyota 4-Runner making a left turn. Bagwell was driving a four-door Honda off Will Edwards Road off Hwy. 9 last Thursday around 5 p.m.

Five people were taken to the hospital following the wreck, one of whom, a female passenger in Bagwell&squo;s car, was taken by helicopter to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center where she was initially listed in critical condition.

The Toyota was driven by Jinsey Towrey of Rutherfordton and she had two children in the vehicle at the time, both of whom were listed in good condition, according to Trooper McLean.

Bagwell was taken to Spartanburg Regional and released.
