Tyler was born in Buncombe County on July 10, 2007.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his maternal grandparents, Gary and Vicki Haynes of Mill Spring; paternal grandparents Susan and George Mooney of Florida; great maternal grandparents Lloyd and Joyce Haynes of Mill Spring; great-great paternal grandfather, Nelson Miller of Mill Spring; and great-great maternal grandfather, General Haynes of Mill Spring. Tyler was preceded in death by his great-great paternal grandmother, Madilyn Barnes and great-great paternal grandparents, Jesse and Louise Owensby; great-great maternal grandmother, Della Haynes; great-great maternal grandparents, Frank and Sally Wilson; and&bsp; great-great paternal grandmother, Donna Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 in Big Level Baptist Church in Mill Spring with Rev. Robert Orr officiating.

Burial will be in Big Level Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the McFarland Funeral Chapel in Tryon.
