Rosylind Maybry

A native of Richmond, Va., she was the daughter of the late Alonzo and Virginia Johnson Green and widow of Charles Howard Maybry. She was a member of Campobello First Baptist Church and was a former employee of Landrum Mills and a bookkeeper at Ed Perry Auto Parts.

She is survived by a son, Leroy Maybry (Taska) of Landrum; a daughter, Elizabeth Tidwell (Mike) of Campobello; a daughter-in-law, Gaile Maybry of Lyman; six grandchildren, Linda Maybry Coker (Marvin), Julie Maybry Henderson (Barry), Sonya Maybry Ledbetter (Billy), Dwayne Maybry (Kim), Mat Tidwell (Kimberly) and Will Tidwell (Kayla); and 12 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Charles Maybry Jr.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 at Petty Funeral Home.&bsp; Funeral services will follow in the chapel at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. Steve Morgan.

Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to Campobello First Baptist Church, in memory of Rosylind Maybry, 305 E. Main Street, Campobello, S.C. 29322.
