Clyde Campbell

A native of Cosby, Tenn., he was the son of the late Dewey Harrison and Sarah Marilda Tester Campbell and wife of Delphine Belue Campbell.

He was a Baptist and retired Construction Foremen for Roebuck Building Company.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Phillip Parker of Inman; a daughter, Judy Turner of Landrum; five brothers, Glenn, Clifford, Carl, Clay, Claude, all of Spartanburg; two sisters, Lena McMahan and Lora Mae Valentine, both of Tennessee; eight special grandchildren; 10 special great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Vickie Upton; a sister, Lettie Evans; two brothers, Charlie and Cloe Campbell.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, July 8 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9 at Petty Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Bobby Pierce. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
