Jo Ann Kimbrell Seay

She was the wife of Lector Seay of the residence and the daughter of the late Eugene Kimbrell Sr. and Ada Myrtle Berry Kimbrell. She was a member of Carlisle Wesleyan Church, where she was the director of the nursery, a member of the Wesleyan Women, BYF of Carlisle Wesleyan Church.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Stanley Seay of Boiling Springs; three daughters, Pamela Jo Johnson&bsp; of Spartanburg, Penny S. Guinn of Boiling Springs and Patricia Lynn Hollifield of Boiling Springs; three brothers, Eugene Kimbrell II of Boiling Springs, Henry Clarence Kimbrell of Campobello, Vernon Kimbrell of Chesnee; four sisters, Mary K. Garren of Boiling Springs, Peggy Davis of Spartanburg, Tobatha Tillotson of Spartanburg and Teri Kimbrell of Boiling Springs; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by a brother, Johnny Kimbrell.

Funeral services were held 4 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2008 at Carlisle Wesleyan Church, officiated by Rev. Mike Stepp and Rev. Stephen Johnson. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
