Born in Columbus, she was the wife of Howard Cleveland Cole and daughter of the late James Turner and the late Veda Davidson Turner. She was a housewife, and a member of Sandy Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Howard Cleveland Cole, Mrs. Cole is survived by a daughter, Brenda Moser of Spartanburg; a sister, Olean Lail of Sandy Springs; two grandsons; and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Friday, March 7 at Springhill Memorial Gardens, officiated by Rev. Phillip Bailey and Rev. Dale Welch.
