Polk County’s girls tennis team opened its 2016 season in style Monday, sweeping North Henderson 9-0 in a non-conference match in Hendersonville.

Hannah Jenne’s 10-1 at No. 1 singles set the tone for the Wolverines, who handily won all nine matches.

The Wolverines are slated to host North Henderson on Wednesday at 3 p.m. in a rematch between the two schools.
