Diabetes nutrition and cooking classes will be held at Steps to HOPE in Columbus May 19 – June 9. This is a four-week series, with classes being held each Thursday from 6 – 8 p.m.

The goal of the Food for Life: Diabetes Initiative program is to empower people who have diabetes and those concerned about developing diabetes, along with their friends and family members, with new information and skills.

Each class offers a cooking demonstration of health-promoting dishes, along with a take-home packet of easy and affordable recipes. There are three new recipes each class, so come hungry!
