Foothills Humane Society invites all folks seeking a St. Patrick’s “lucky charm” to put on your best tweeds and trot over to the shelter. Take a long gander, then a wee minute to draw a ticket out of a Leprechaun’s hat and take home a wee bit ‘o luck (a dog or cat).

Reduced adoption fees vary according to the ticket plucked from the hat.

Raise the luck of the Irish from March 14 through March 20. All yee are welcome to call for directions and hours to 828-863-4444 or run-race down the lane in Columbus to 989 Little Mountain Road.

Those with magic fingers can ponder that lucky charm by paying a wee visit to the web site at foothillshumanesociety.org. May the luck of the Irish be with each one.
