Polk County District Court results for Nov. 18

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, with Judge Peter Knight presiding, 156 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Joseph Daniel Anderson was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Anderson was fined $40 and court costs.

Tina Michelle Belue was convicted of open container of alcohol violation. Belue was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Virginia Erick Bivono was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Bivono was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

John Thomas Blackwell was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Blackwell was fined $100 and court costs.

Timothy Dean Bradley was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bradley was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Shawn David Carrington was convicted of driving while license revoked. Carrington was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit.

Tomislav Golubov was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Golubov was fined $40 and court costs.

Miguel Anton Gonzalez was convicted of speeding 106 mph in a 70 mph zone. Gonzalez was fined $106 and court costs.

Sharon Gillie Green was convicted of violation of court order. Green was sentenced to one day in jail.

Kevin F. Henrey was convicted of simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance. Henrey was fined $100 and court costs.

Richard Earl Hill was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation. Hill was fined $50 and court costs.

Jas Edgar Holland Jr. was convicted of possession of marijuana ½ ounce to 1 and ½ ounce, maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Holland was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.

Patrick Dewayne Hunter was convicted of possession of schedule II controlled substance. Hunter was sentenced to 16 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Kelly Kocher was convicted of level one driving while impaired. Kocher was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail, a $200 fine and court costs.

Kelly Kim Kocher was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation and use foreign license while driving while license revoked. Kocher was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and court costs.

Danny Ray Ledbetter was convicted of open container. Ledbetter was fined $35 and court costs.

Bryson Wesley Martin was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Martin was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, one day in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.

Bryson Wesley Martin was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Martin was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, seven days in jail with credit, a $200 fine and court costs.

Mitch Randy Moss was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Moss was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Johnna Grace Phillips was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Phillips was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.

Edward Clark Porter was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Porter was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

John Paul Quinn was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation. Quinn was fined $50 and court costs.

Dain Nava Salvador was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Salvador was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Hollys Lavon Williams was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation. Williams’ probation was terminated.

Hollys Lavon Williams was convicted of level one driving while impaired and driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Williams was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail, a $400 fine and court costs.
