The 2015 Polk County Toy Run is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 28, rain or shine. The motorcycle parade begins at the Saluda Fire Department with registration from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. There will be a 50/50 drawing, door prizes and Santa Claus. Toy run t-shirts are also available for purchase. The parade begins at 2 p.m. and will go through Saluda, Tryon, Columbus and Landrum and will end at the Polk County Courthouse in Columbus. A barbecue lunch is provided for bikers who bring a new $10 toy or give a $10 donation. All donations will benefit underprivileged children in Polk County.
