Richard Edwin Bailey, 90, of Inman, S.C., died July 24. He is survived by a daughter, Diana Bailey of Inman; a son, Dennis Bailey (Kathy) of Inman; a daughter-in-law, Terri Bailey of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and his five grandchildren; two step granddaughters; Kerry and Kelly. Services were held July 27.
