Landrum High School had two players named to the Region I AA All-Region Football Team.  This is incredible honor considering that this is voted on by all the head football coaches in our region.  Skyler Powell was named as an all region linebacker to this team.  Powell led the Cardinals with 60 tackles this year, all while playing offense as well. The other recipient is Anthony Anderson. Anthony was named to the All Region team as an athlete. Anderson had a terrific year for the Cardinals as both running back and wide receiver, but he was the team’s biggest asset during region play as a kick returner.  He had a kickoff return for a touchdown against both Carolina and Woodruff High Schools.  Congratulations to both of these players for this incredible honor.
