Pavillon Treatment Center names new CEO

Pavillon Treatment Center in Mill Spring is proud to announce the placement of Paul Hackman as chief executive officer. Mr. Hackman will guide Pavillon through the ever-changing world of behavioral health care while remaining true to Pavillon’s commitment to provide patients and families with lifelong tools and resources needed to maintain recovery from the disease of addiction.

Mr. Hackman’s years of work in the field of addiction and behavioral treatment have given him a deep conviction as to its value and a no-nonsense awareness of the struggles necessary to lead a successful program.

“My passion for this work comes from the conviction that freedom from addiction is a life long journey that can be aided and instructed by others,” said Mr. Hackman.

“I look forward to working with the outstanding leadership team in continuing to further move Pavillon into a notable and productive future,” he said.

Prior to joining Pavillon, Mr. Hackman was with Ridgeview Institute for 11 years, beginning his tenure as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He became president in spring 2004.

Mr. Hackman brings 20 years of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry, serving most recently as vice president of Health Alliance Behavioral Health Service Line in Cincinnati, Ohio from 2000–2002. He was also in private practice as an LISW in Ohio from 1985– 2002.

Anne Vance, former CEO of Pavillon, decided to retire at the end of this year but will continue to be involved in the addiction treatment field.
