During a Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on Oct. 15, 2014, 37 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed. The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Wayman Dale Allison was convicted of felony probation violation. Allison’s probation was terminated.

Jason Matthew Metcalf was convicted of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony larceny and possession of stolen goods/property. Metcalf was sentenced to 90 months supervised probation.

Jonathan Lee Millwood was convicted of felony probation violation. Millwood’s probation was revoked.

Steven Brent Mooney was convicted of two counts of larceny of motor vehicle. Mooney was sentenced to 64-89 months in prison with 186 days credit.
